I just received it and plugged it in to test if it works, so haven't actually used it. Shipping was fast. Seller never communicated with me, but it wasn't needed. More impressed by the shipping and they delivered on weekend so that's awesome. Used it for the first time today. It smokes a lot, I don't know if it's because it's the first time I'm using it. But very happy with curls.

I love it so much! It's easy to use and works super fast. I had my hair curled in just around 10 minutes. It warms up fast and you can't burn yourself cause the thing where the curls go into doesn't get hot around the edges, so it is super safe to use as well. You can release a curl super easy if you didn't put in the curler well. It beeps if it's done rolling and therefore done curling. The curls come out super shiny and healthy, which I have never seen on a hair curler. Even my hairdresser approved and was pleasently surprised about how good, shiny and healthy the curls look. I got super steady, pretty and healthy curls at just the lowest temperature (160). I definitely recommend it
